Electronic beamforming antenna company Global Konet will unveil its next-generation L-Band flat panel array antenna, the LFA50, at the ADEX 2025 Aerospace and Defense Exhibition to be held at KINTEX from October 20 to 24.

The LFA50 is a low-power, high-reliability satellite communication solution designed for national infrastructure networks such as disaster recovery communications, water resource management, and location tracking.

It features a circular dual/single polarization design to ensure stable communication links and incorporates a 5W-class transmission module and a high-efficiency panel structure to enhance battery efficiency.

The product measures 550×550×62 mm and weighs 6.5 kg.

Global Konet developed the LFA50 to be compatible with the government's integrated satellite communication system, the GK3 satellite, and plans to evolve it into a standard device for building disaster communication networks and water resource monitoring infrastructure.

At the ADEX exhibition, Global Konet will also showcase a range of products featuring electronic beam steering technology, including vehicle-mounted ESA antennas, drone-mounted satellite terminals, and portable lightweight satellite antennas.

In addition, the company will jointly operate a booth with an Israeli state-owned defense company, introducing long-range drone communication and satellite network solutions.

During Seoul ADEX 2025, Global Konet will present its full line of flat panel antennas across the Ku-, Ka-, and L-Bands, and conduct integrated operational demonstrations in various environments.

Kim Yeon-gon, CEO of Global Konet, stated,

“The LFA50 is a core device for expanding satellite-based communication infrastructure,”
adding, “We are expanding ESA communication technology across aviation, drones, and national infrastructure sectors.”
