1. Payment information

- In the case of large payments, the card company may call you to confirm for security reasons. During the verification process, if it is determined that the order is not a normal order, such as the use of a stolen card or an order under someone else's name, the order may be put on hold or canceled at our discretion.

- For non-bankbook deposits, you can deposit the product purchase price through PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or directly at a nearby bank.

- The name of the depositor entered at the time of ordering must match the name of the actual depositor. Payment must be made within 7 days. Orders without payment will be automatically canceled.

2. Delivery information

- Delivery area: Nationwide

- Shipping cost: Shipping fee is free regardless of purchase of other products.

- Delivery period: 3 to 7 days

- Delivery information: Additional charges may apply to islands and mountainous areas. The product you ordered will be delivered after payment is confirmed. However, depending on the product type, product delivery may be slightly delayed.

3. Exchange/return information

3-1. When exchange and return are possible

- Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product (However, in the case of home appliances, exchange/return is not possible if the packaging has been opened or the packaging has been damaged and the product value has been lost.)

- If the contents of the goods or services supplied are different from or performed differently from the contents of the display or advertisement, within 3 months from the date of supply and within 30 days from the date of becoming aware of the fact.

3-2. When exchange and return are not possible

- If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer. However, if the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to check the contents of the product,

- If the packaging has been opened or the packaging has been damaged and the value of the product has been lost.

    (Example: home appliances, food, records, etc. However, returns/exchanges due to defective pixels in laptops with liquid crystal screens, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc. are subject to the manufacturer's standards.)

- If the value of the product has decreased significantly due to the customer's use or partial consumption, however, in the case of cosmetics, etc., this only applies if a trial product is provided.

- If the value of the product has decreased significantly over time to the extent that resale is difficult.

- If the packaging of a product that can be copied is damaged
